432 North Seattle 'attainable' units continue through design review

The parking ratio is about one stall for every two units; and the site is served by the RapidRide E Line.

Having purchased its 1.2-acre apartment site at 13711 Aurora Ave. N. in January, developer Bode is moving swiftly on what it calls Bode Bitter Lake. That large affordable and “attainable” housing plan had its first design review in April; the second is now set for Aug. 15, also in a virtual presentation. Future rents have yet to be determined.
