First Industrial buys Pacific property

By JOURNAL STAFF

PACIFIC, Pierce County — An industrial property at 1446-1508 Valentine Ave. S.E. sold late last month for $20 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was PAC-3 LLC, a family group that acquired the land in 2000 for nearly $1.3 million, then put up two buildings. It occupies one.
