80 Ballard units sell for $20M

SEATTLE — The Etta, at 1710 N.W. 57th St., sold for $20 million, according to Kidder Mathews, which brokered both sides of the deal.

The seller, via an LLC, was Auctus Capital Partners, which acquired what was then a senior community in 2015 for almost $7.9 million, then converted it to the market-rate Sage apartments.
