Shopping center sells for over $23M

By JOURNAL STAFF

FEDERAL WAY — A shopping center at 1207 S. 320th St. in Federal Way has sold for over $23.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was MGP IX Sunset Square LLC, associated with Merlone Geier Partners, which acquired the property in 2010 for $13 million.
