The site is very close to Alaska Junction.

The last design review for a small SEDU project at 4515 44th Ave. S.W. was in the fall of 2020. The next will be on Friday, in a purely administrative presentation. Blueprint Capital will evidently buy and redevelop the small midblock parcel, now with two small old commercial buildings, after a master use permit is issued. The site is a block west of the Alaska Junction commercial strip.
