Panattoni breaks ground on Fred310, with 4 million square feet planned

The first of seven planned industrial buildings could be finished late this year.

In one of last year's largest land sales, Boeing sold about 310 acres of undeveloped Puyallup-area dirt to Panattoni and Crow Holdings Capital. That $200 million deal was in September.
