36 Everett units trade for $12M

EVERETT — The West Ridge apartments, at 628 128th St. S.W. in Everett, sold for $12 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller, via an LLC, was 7 Lakes Development, which acquired the land for an unknown amount, then developed it.
