109 Kitsap units could start in fall

BREMERTON — Directly west of the Illahee Preserve, a little north of what most would call East Bremerton, a 3.7-acre parcel sold for nearly $1.6 million two years ago to Sage Homes of Everett. There it's planning the 109-unit Trailhead at the Preserve, at 1970 N.E. Fuson Road.

Sage is evidently acting as its own architect and contractor. LDC is the civil engineer and SEPA consultant. Kitsap County recently issued a SEPA determination of non-significance for the project. The public comment period ends Friday.
