36 Snohomish units sell for $9M

SNOHOMISH — An apartment complex at 707 Ave. A in Snohomish sold earlier this month for $9.1 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Swifty Creek Apartments Partnership, which had owned the property for decades.
