Pike Place building changes hands

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A vintage mixed-use building at 1923 First Ave. sold for $3.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Laurencia LLC, associated with former City Attorney turned investor Mark Sidran, who acquired the property in 1998 for $1.5 million. It's in the Pike Place Market Historical District, which places tight restrictions on its use and any alterations.
