New apartment takes shape near Green Lake

Crews from Rafn last month installed shoring for the Green Lake North Apartments.

Rafn Co. and its crews recently completed the mass excavation for the Green Lake North Apartments project at 420 N.E. 72nd St. in Seattle. The site is about a block from Green Lake, and is the third of three sites to be redeveloped on the former Vitamilk properties. The contractor is now starting the building’s structural concrete.
