Alliance makes land deal, with 194 Kent units to follow

The site is in a floodplain, meaning surface rather than underground parking.

As planned, Alliance Residential has acquired its development site at 315 E. Novak Lane in Kent, where a 194-unit apartment project should break ground shortly. King County recorded the nearly $3.7 million deal on Thursday. The sellers were two local investors.
