SEATTLE — In a little-noticed sale last year, the vacant former Shanty triangle sold to a local food entrepreneur. That longtime Lower Queen Anne restaurant, at 350 Elliott Ave. W., closed in 2016, then sold to a Los Angeles food operator. It never reopened.
