LIHI pays over $5M for apartment site near Yesler Terrace

It couldn’t be confirmed before deadline if LIHI will stick with the same architect.

A development site at 1221 S. Main St., now an old strip mall, sold for last week for $5.1 million, according to King County records. The buyer was LIHI Main Street LLC, which is associated with the Low Income Housing Institute.
