Perkins Will designing 46-story, 443-unit tower for Westbank and St. James

The 907 Terry corner will evidently be first for Westbank to develop.

Westbank announced a major deal in March to involve four First Hill properties long owned by the Archdiocese of Seattle and St. James Cathedral. None have changed hands; and it appears that St. James may retain a condominium co-ownership in at least one project. A ground lease is also possible.
