Lakewood casino sells for over $22M

LAKEWOOD — The Macau Casino, at 9811 S. Tacoma Way, has sold for a bit over $22.1 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Maverick Caribbean LLC, which acquired the property in 2019 for $6 million. Seller Maverick Gaming, of Las Vegas, still has 17 other operations in our state.
