The corner site isn’t yet fully assembled.

Last fall, Cohen Properties began assembling a corner site at 4401 Fremont Ave. N. That address corresponds to Vif, a cafe and wine bar that closed last December after an eight-year run, in a building that was previously a Herfy's. It will eventually sell at a future date. Cohen now has two of an intended four parcels.
