155 Ballard units trade for over $41M

SEATTLE — A pair of Ballard apartment buildings traded last week between the same two parties, in a deal worth a combined $41.5 million for 155 units.

The seller was Intercontinental Real Estate Corp of Boston, which acquired both buildings from original developer Goodman Real Estate when new in 2013.
