Following $5M in land sales, 236 Rainier Valley units planned

The south end of a future development site at 4200 S. Webster St. recently sold for about $3.2 million, according to King County records. The buyer, via an LLC, was Nitze-Stagen, which also announced a new eight-story, 236-unit apartment project there. Last summer, Nitze-Stagen acquired the smaller north parcel for nearly $1.8 million.
