404 Lake City units ready for first review

The two buildings would be separated by a plaza and walkway leading east to 33rd.

Jabooda Homes, already quite active in the Rainier Valley, is planning a large apartment project at 12554 Lake City Way N.E. The land hasn't yet changed hands; that deal will likely follow a master use permit. The first design review for the two-building, 404-unit plan will be on Jan. 9.
