Federal Way solicits developers for vacant former Target property

Nothing about this massing study is binding, but it gives a sense of the city’s approved master development plan. The existing PAEC at lower left will remain.

Back in 2014, the city of Federal Way acquired the former Target property, at 2141 S. 314th St. That's immediately north of Town Square Park, and directly east of the city's Performing Arts & Event Center — which was developed on the west side of the former Target property.
