Silver Cloud plans new Bellevue hotel

A seven-story, 161-room hotel would be built at 200 108th Ave. N.E.

Silver Cloud isn't done with Bellevue. During the pandemic, it sold its shuttered old 98-room midrise hotel, a little north of downtown, to SRM Development for $30 million. (New apartments are planned there, after demolition.)
