Security buys Lacey units for $124M

LACEY — The Toscana apartment complex, at 6979 Birdseye Ave N.E. in Lacey, sold in late October for $124 million, according to Thurston County records.

The seller was Birdseye Holdings LLC, associated with local developer Brogan Cos., which had owned the land for decades.
