Kent strip mall sells for over $5M

KENT — A strip mall at 10210 S.E. 260th St. in Kent has sold for a little over $5.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Kent East Commercial LLC, which acquired the property in 2013 for not quite $1.4 million.
