Roosevelt corner changes hands

SEATTLE — The Zenith Supplies building, at 6300 Roosevelt Way N.E., sold for $2.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was the Griffis family, which acquired the property in 1991 for $464,000. The family established the business in 1975.
