Mixed-use project set for Maple Leaf

SEATTLE — Maple Leaf Pet Corner, a longtime fixture in that neighborhood, sold for $915,000 this fall to the veterinary doctor who now owns the practice.

The business is based in an old house on the corner of 18th Avenue Northeast; the sale included two minor tear-down structures to the north, at 8304 Lake City Way N.E.
