Retail property sells for almost $8M

BURIEN — The retail portion of Burien Town Square, at 540 S.W. 152nd St., has sold for a little under $7.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Vstone 36 LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for a bit over $1.2 million.
