LPC West has MUP for offices over U District Station

This view looks east from the plaza of UW Tower.

There won't be much if any ground to break at 4328 Brooklyn Ave. N.E. this spring, since the Perkins Will-designed office tower will begin directly on top of the existing U District Station, with no excavation below. The new structure will also cantilever over the above-grade station entries, north and south.
