SoDo property sells for over $7M

SEATTLE — An industrial building at 3420 E. Marginal Way S. sold for a bit over $7.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Buffalo Industries, which had owned the property for decades. The company has relocated to Kent, and previously sold two of its other SoDo properties.
