Washington Holdings plans 200 Belltown units near sculpture park

The site has lower zoning than the Bavarian Meats corner, peeking out at right.

Directly east of the Olympic Sculpture Park is a squat complex of two old industrial buildings owned by Alexandria Real Estate Equities. They’ve long been leased as lab space to the University of Washington and other biotech firms. They still appear to be at least partly occupied.
