71 Eastlake units, possibly to start this year, take shape

Another round of design review seems likely for the apartments planned at 2240 Eastlake Ave. E. But developer GranCorp Holdings applied for a master use permit in November, and plans are well advanced for the six-story, 71-unit project, dubbed Sola.
