SEATTLE — A half block in Lower Queen Anne has remained stubbornly undeveloped for decades. That could change, as the Peasley Building, at 170 Mercer St., recently came on the market.
Yates, Wood & MacDonald is representing a family associated with the longtime tenant and owner, the accounting firm Peasley Ross & Co. The firm bought the 1951 building, today a tear-down, in 1983 for $650,000. From the corner of Second Avenue North, it looks directly south to Seattle Center.
