MUP issued for 191 Rainier Valley units near station

Looking southeast, Willow is at left. A possible restaurant with outdoor seating could go on the corner of MLK.

The city recently approved the final design for a 191-unit workforce housing project near Othello Station. Now Nitze-Stagen says that it also has a master use permit at 4001 S. Willow St.
