161 Woodinville units could be yours to build

The site is a little south of Highway 522 and the Sammamish River.

On an over 1-acre strip that most would associate with the shuttered former Horseshoe Saloon in Woodinville, local builder and developer Far Ghoddoussi began buying up land over 20 years ago. Plans then emerged circa 2018 for a new apartment building at 12461 N.E. Woodinville Drive. All permits are in place for the 161-unit mixed-use project, which Colliers recently put on the market.
