Fremont building lands new tenant

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A hybrid brewery and taco spot, Frelard Tamales and Suentio Brewing, is planning to open at the mixed-use Waterway Building at 106 N. 36th St. in Fremont, according to public records.

The new spot will occupy approximately 2,200 square feet of interior space on the ground level with 405 square feet of potential outdoor seating. Urbanadd Architects will lead the tenant improvements.
