123 Kirkland units trade for over $63M

After a difficult birth during the Great Recession, 128 on State now benefits from a location among many new and recent developments.

The 128 on State apartments, at 128 State St. in Kirkland , sold last week for $63.5 million, according to King County records. The seller was 128 State Street LLC, associated with Prometheus Real Estate Group, which acquired the property in 2007 for just under $50 million.
