Loyal Heights property in play

SEATTLE — West of the Crown Hill Safeway are a well preserved old house and adjoining retail complex, in less great shape. Those date to 1924 and 1936, when the streetcar still ran past to old city line, two blocks north. Now the family owners appear to be putting the land at 8323 15th Ave. N.W. on the market.

Architect SHW and broker the Devon Group recently filed a new midrise apartment plan, but with scant details.
