Interbay self-storage site sells for $8M

The new owner hopes to break ground this year.

A self-storage development site at 2707 W. Commodore Way sold last week for just under $8 million, according to King County records. The seller, via an LLC, was Cantera Development Group. It acquired the larger and polluted former Time Oil property in late 2020 for $5.6 million. Environmental cleanup has since been underway for those 11 acres.
