Everett building sells for over $15M

EVERETT — The brand-new VA Puget Sound Health Care System Everett Clinic, at 220 Olympic Blvd., recently sold for a little over $15.5 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was VAF 309 W Mukilteo Blvd LLC. That entity is associated with Catalyst Capital of California, which partnered with Bellevue investors who acquired the land in 2016 for $575,000 — then more recently developed it.
