MUP issued for 70 units near U Village

There’s no announced start date for the project, immediately south of the Burke-Gilman Trail.

Near Laurelhurst, east of Five Corners, there's been a long-brewing apartment plan from Shilshole Development at 4529 Sand Point Way N.E. The city issued a master use permit this week for the six-story, 70-unit proposal.
