Washington Holdings offers more details on 230 Belltown units near sculpture park

The project isn’t expected to start any sooner than 2025.

As the DJC first reported in January, Washington Holdings intends to redevelop an old complex of lab and medical buildings at 3000 Western Ave. That's on the corner of Eagle Street, on the west edge of Belltown, overlooking Olympic Sculpture Park.
