Sumner property sells for over $11M

SUMNER, Pierce County — The headquarters for paving contractor Stripe Right, at 1813 137th Ave. E. and related addresses in Sumner, recently sold for $11.5 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was SB Sumner Properties LLC, which had owned the property for decades.
