Intracorp buys $18M Eastgate site

BELLEVUE — An Eastgate area townhouse development site at 3190 160th Ave. S.E. recently sold for $18 million, according to King County records. The seller was Bluesun Bellevue LLC, associated with a Canadian investor, which acquired the doomed old Department of Ecology building in 2020 for $16 million. That turns out to have been a holding action.

The buyer was DoE TH Development LLC, associated with Intracorp, which is planning 65 townhouse units.
