Equity plans 700 Redmond units in redevelopment scheme

Chelsea Square is a short walk south to the coming light rail station.

Back in 1998, as part of a larger portfolio sale, Equity Residential acquired the now 32-year-old Chelsea Square in Redmond. Based on its location, that turns out to have been a wise investment.
