143 Olympia units trade for $37M

The new owner places the building in the South Westside neighborhood.

Timberlane Partners recently announced a new multifamily acquisition fund. And, also last week, the firm disclosed its first investment from that coffer: The 143-unit Little Tuscany apartments in Olympia. It paid $37 million for the three-story building, and named Fern Street Partners LLC as the seller.
