Kidder Mathews brokers $30M apartment deal in Richland

Up to six weeks of free rent is being offered as an incentive to new tenants.

A brand-new apartment project in Richland has sold for just under $30 million, according to Kidder Mathews. That firm's Ted Sipila and Austin Kelley represented the developer, Cedar and Sage Homes. The buyer wasn't named.
