Industrial changes hands in Kirkland

By JOURNAL STAFF

KIRKLAND — A small industrial building at 11837 N.E. 112th St. in Kirkland sold for $3.4 million, according to King County records.

The seller was RDG Indian Trail LLC, associated with local investor Ron Danz, which acquired the property in 2020 for $2.5 million.
