Office, clinic eyed for SoDo site

SEATTLE — Two years ago, backed by a loan from the state, the nonprofit Evergreen Treatment Services bought an old industrial complex at 1700 Airport Way S. That's immediately west of the freeway, near the corner of South Massachusetts Street.

Evergreen provides addiction treatment and outreach. Now, with Ankrom Moisan Architects, it has filed an early plan to raze the century-old, two-building complex which now has about has 47,474 square feet.
