After foreclosure, site back on market

SEATTLE — Five years ago, BDR Urban paid $4.6 million for what it had planned to be a 20-unit townhouse project. The 25,451-square-foot site at 800 28th Ave. S. was then sold by Walker Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church.

With Axis GFA as the designer, and with new addresses and a lot boundary adjustment, the plan passed through design review. Three master use permits are still pending.
