Sammamish site sells for over $2M

SAMMAMISH — A future development site at 442 228th Ave. S.E. in Sammamish recently sold for $2.7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was a family estate, which had owned the 5.6-acre Sammamish Plateau property for decades. It now has a shed and old mobile home — plus a small pond and creek, which may raise SEPA concerns.
